Psychosophy® Psychospiritual Coaching (With Nicholas Hedlund)

I offer psychospiritual coaching sessions grounded in my training and certification in the Psychosophy® Consulting System.  Psychosophy Consulting synthesizes elements of the modalities of psychotherapy (subconscious), life coaching (conscious), and spiritual counseling (superconscious) to bring forth a uniquely integrated approach to individual growth and transformation.  By honoring all aspects of your being, Psychosophy session work enacts new possibilities for integration and synergy, and a way of living life that is more purposeful, loving, effective, and joyous.

Integral Psychometric Assessment (With Nicholas Hedlund)

I offer Integral Psychograph Assessments, as developed by Dr. Vipassana Esbjörn-Hargens at the Center for Integral Human Being.  This process is an exploration of capacities and growing edges in ten lines of development, including  cognitive, interpersonal, self-identity, moral, values, needs, emotional, aesthetic, and psychosexual.  The Integral Psychograph Assessment utilizes an Integral approach to assessment, weaving together self-inquiry (first-person assessment), feedback from friends, family, and colleagues (second-person assessment), and formal psychometric tests (third-person assessment). 

In addition to the Integral Psychograph Assessment, I offer Enneagram Personality Type Assessments drawing on Riso and Hudson's Insight Approach to the Enneagram system of personality types.  This process likewise makes use of an Integral (1-2-3) approach to assessment so as to uncover the rich insights, self-understandings, and opportunities for growth engendered through the Enneagram.
